Hospitality Terms and Conditions

Truxx Factor cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property from the suite.
Timetables of schedule events/ entertainment are subject to change and weather conditions so Truxx Factor cannot guarantee everything listed will take place on the day.

No animals can be brought to the event

Upon arrival collect your Hospitality lanyards from our event Welcome Centre. These will be requested to show to catering staff within suite.

If you are bringing small children please be mindful this is a shared suite.

A zero tolerance policy will be observed toward any drunk or unruly behaviour.

Please do not remove items from the room i.e cups, plates etc. Food to be eaten on the premises not taken out.

The hospitality suites are shared so please respect fellow guests.
